3. Venturi mixing fan nozzle should be installed in the paint storage cylinder and tank body. Taking the agitating fan nozzle as an example, the tank liquid is mixed with the liquid absorbed at the inlet under a certain pressure at a flow rate of 1:4 and sprayed out to achieve the effect of air-free mixing and agitation of solutes, thus preventing precipitation, because agitation ensures the uniform mixing of chemical solutions.

4. For the sector nozzles in the grease and water washing process, the jet sector nozzles with strong impact force can be selected. Taking the "V" type, i.e. the sector nozzle, as an example, the injection angle of the fan nozzle is 60 degrees, which has the best impact force.

5. The centrifugal sector nozzle with good atomization, fine and uniform water particles and weak impact force can be selected for the sector nozzle in chemical process. Taking the conical sector nozzle as an example, the optimum distance between the sector nozzle and the workpiece is 40 cm-50 cm, which has the spraying effect of dispersing and making the liquid atomized.
